Weird ticking/rattling under driver's seat. Transmission? (Video)

2017 xDrive MHD Stage 2 and xHP Stage 3 @39k miles

Noticed a weird noise while driving the other day. Seems to go faster as car goes faster and vice versa.

Anyone ever came across this? Car drives fine and normal but it definitely shouldn't be doing that. It's also louder when car is cold, not as loud when it warms up.

Might be handbrake cable hitting the drive shaft. Seems to happen to a bunch of people.
Take a look underneath
