New f36 440i xdrive owner

Hi all,
I'm coming from a 2010 acura TL that I bought in 2013 and ran until it needed more work than it was worth. Picked up the 440 on Monday and am loving it! The power difference and overall "tight" feeling is substantial.

Happy to join this community...

1st question is I'm going to switch out the kidney grills from the m colored chrome trimmed to all black. My car is the Msport in midnight blue, so I think black will look really good.

Question for anyone who has done it...there are some really cheap ones out there. Is there a substantial difference between the ones that are $40 and the ones that are $150?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome! I plasti-dipped my chrome kidney grill, and they look great. The project costed about $10 and not very much of my time. I would definitely recommend it.

Thanks! I ended up with gloss black ones on Amazon and they look great. It was a slight pain in the ass to get the old ones out, but not too hard.
