Hi I recently my first BMW it's a 320i Touring f31. I was hoping to retrofit it with a HUD!

So i went to www.bmwpartsdirect.com and found (part nr 62-30-8-736-358) that is compatible with my car. I then decided that i didn't wanna spend over a quarter of the car's total cost on it, so wen't to my local "used" carparts site www.bildelsbasen.se to find that there are different generations of this part.

What I would like to ask is if there's a difference between them beacause there ceartanly is in price a 2013 is about 250€ and a 2019 can go for 1300€
I can't seem to find any info about this online, if you have a clue please reply.

I am aware that I'll need a new windshield and dashboard and more. I've also seen those screens that you mentiond, they seem nice but I'm determined to do this uppgrade.

All that's really left is getting the HUD unit it self and I would prefer to not spend a lot more than I have too if the things are basically identical.
