Does anyone know if getting new PDC for front if they have to be programmed or I got faulty ones?

Someone hit my front bumper and all the PDC basically broke and the harness got cut, so I bought a new harness and off brand PDC from Amazon.

They worked for a second when I turned the car on but went back to not recognizing and telling me I need to park unassisted.

Is this a programming issue or bad sensor issue?

F30 2014 335xi originally came with front PDC and sv camera.
