just got my 335is back today. I drove an f30 328i loaner. I was extremely impressed with the engine and transmission. the transmission feels more like a DCT than an automatic; in terms of driving dynamics it destroys the feel of previous BMW autos. The 2.0 engine felt very powerful and sporty. However i WAS SHOCKED at the poor handling "it felt as if the suspension was made of cloud density materials. Oh and i cant fathom the poor interior quality. The arm rest was the biggest disappointment to me it really shows how cost cutting took its toll on this car. Btw i LOVE how the f30 m-sport looks, in my opinion way prettier than my e92, however after driving an f30 I don't know if I can change the perfect steering feel of my 335is

Why do you post it here?
If i were you, i would trade the 335is.. But yeah, the 8AT is a thing of marvel, even a manual hardcore as myself is convinced. Quote:

That's awesome. I think that if a person that was in the market for a car in this range, buying it, planning on keeping it long term (150k miles or more) and looking at a car like the ATS- which is a great car, would read these docs would buy the BMW.

Hi, I´m Matías from Buenos Aires.
Thanks to share! I have an F30 328i sport. I´m looking forward the oem fire extinguisher. Do you know where can I find it? I called the dealer in Argentina and Uruguay and they told me BMW didn´t manufacture yet. Help me! because the law in my country requires fire extinguisher. Thanks a lot! |
