This picture comparo says it all.
Look at the build quality... E93 doors with better storage, more wood/alum trim and flows nicely into the dash and rear seats. Air vents are nicely integrated into the trim vs. the F3X. Sure the "double bubble" is gone with the floating screen, but at the cost of that huge empty, not so good looking, hole under HVAC. Center console on the E9X also flows much nicer than the F33. The only thing the F33 has going is the new seats with air scarf. Seat belts are nicely integrated but now lack the height adjustment.

Jason, just a small type error, you put F33 for both 3 and 4 series on the chart.
thank you for the comparison i like the side angle of the f33(excluding the boomerangs) but the front and rear of the e93 looks much better to me. |

The F32 does look better, but honestly, many people that don't know about bmw's will be able to tell the difference by photos, and maybe even in person. For a model that changes every 6-7 years, I need to see a drastic difference.

i really feel like the f33 from the side looks phenomenal. the engineers smoothed out some of the lines and it is extremely well balanced between luxury and sport. but there is no comparison to the aggressive and meaty front end of the m-sport e93.

I still like the e93 better... but the 4 is a great looking car
I like how they made the roof look a little more like a coupe than they did on the e93

Frontend is ugly on the F series. I think BMW tried too hard to give it an aggressive look. I prefer a simple look, with less lines. The F series frontend looks a little too much like an Mitsubishi lancer.

I wouldn't say that E9X doors had better storage. You can technically fit more in the F30's door storage. The E9X's were more nicely implemented (..felt lining, contents not exposed, etc..). I do miss the split armrest though. |

I will admit I don't like the seams that hardtop 'verts have in their roofs. Since I mostly drive in and around DC with my DD, I'd have the top up far more than down. Too hot/humid in the Summer and too cold in the Winter, although a calm sunny Winter day in DC is really a beautiful thing. I travel for work, so no around much at any time of the year, even though Fall and Spring are wonderful in DC.

the e93 it nice and so is the new f body but I priced it out 70k and the cars slow. Its just a 3 series I can't justify that money for that car.
plus the pics u put of up the new f body are better pics in general white interior never looks good. I have been in the new F body the interior isn't that nice. the 5 series interior is much nicer and lets say u go the 428 route(type slow) u can get a Porsche for almost the same money (please don't say a bmw is better than a Porsche). If you get the car 1 year old and take 20% off its a great buy. The prices for this new car is out of control bmw has lost their mind. And its not just the 4 its the 5 series too I priced a new e350 4 matic loaded lease $509 mo bmw 535i (rear wheel) $789 loaded... WTF! |

I saw a F coupe today, and it had an M badge on the side. However, when I got behind it, it was a 428i, with Georgia plates. The plates said distributor on the bottom. I wonder what that means, because I never saw that before.
