I recently bought an F31 318d '13 after reading this forum I would like to activate enhanced Bluetooth if it's possible.

I also was wondering if it's possible to activate connectied drive apps, can anybody help out?

hello im here as a newbie and i would like to code my new setup. i have today just installed nbt unit with dab from entry unit with no combox. i am yet to install the new touch pad as my wire loom did mt come with kcan2 and mine is kcan1 2013 april registered 320. so when i installed this is what i have found
1. navigation works
2. advanced bluetooth works
3. cannot set time as it resets after i lock and turn off ignition
4. yellow warning triangle has appeared in the dash now for some reason
5. need to know a beginners tutorial to match donor vin to car vin and anyting else anyone on here could help me with

ps if there is anyone in the middlesbrough area that could help i would me greatly apprecitated

If Navigation is working, and NBT still has Donor VIN, then you must have Emualtor / Activation Module. So why then do you want to match NBT VIN to car VIN?

I just thought that was needed for the wiring loom. im new to this and looking for some information to learn myself and also to pass on to future forum users

this is my first bmw and i am loving it but i just wanted to upgrade my head unit.

any help would be greatly appreciated to what i need to do next.

looking to fix the issues i have and to get bmw connected apps

I don't know what the issue is with the time and yellow triangle. As for BMW Apps, you need a 9C FSC Enabling Code, and NBT Coding for 6NR.

Ok i think the triangle is because the time and date are not set'/

when i goto settings to change it i set it but when i come back out and go back in it says -- in each part again. i tried the auto time set option but it says i cannot do it as ii am not connected to bmw online?

Any ideas please?

i now know the reason for the yellow triangle is definately because of the time and date as i put the old entry nav in and set the date and hey presto it is now gone.

has anybody else had issues with setting the time and date in a nbt retrofit with emulator? thanks

Is HU_NBT => KOMBI_CIC set correctly to match your cars installed Kombi?

i would not know ?

my old system was entry with dab i had no combox in the boot so all i have done up to now is put the unit in and connected all the wires shaved the bluetooth connector and installed 180 degrees like in the video tutorial. im now stuck with coding it.
if i could do it myself with help that would be great or even with help doing it remotely

Workaround not needed. Update to Launcher PREMIUM 2.8.2, which is good until 12/30/2018.

Yes, you need an ENET Cable (OBD x Ethernet).

I will need a new cable to upgrade to id5, id6 in the future.?
