You're not going to get anywhere close to that on 91 on the stock turbo. Even on E40-50 with a catless DP, upgraded HPFP and tune, you'll be maxed out around 480 wheel. You might hit your goal on an upgraded hybrid (Pure 800 or DAW), HPFP, catless DP and tune on 91, but these motors need octane to make big power. I suppose everyone's idea of what's convenient is subjective, but I wish I had E as close as you do.

I'm also around half an hour away from the nearest E85 pump and usually when I fill up the car I also fill up a bunch of jerrycans and then stock them home in my garage so I'm set for a few weeks. I'm used to it, it's not inconvenient to me and E85 is about half the price here than 93 oct pump gas, plus as you say the B58 really loves E. E85 on the B58 is just relatively cheap power with a proper tune. Even MHD and BM3 OTS E-mix maps make the car significantly faster than on the pump tunes, definitely compared to 91oct tunes. Also I've definitely seen around and even over 500whp with upgraded hpfp and custom tune on an E50 mix on B58 gen1. You are pushing the stock turbo close to 100% WGDC then though, so probably not the most advisable, lol.
