Trying to find a rim refinisher in Chicago for one of my wheels that fell over on its surface and took out chunks of paint around the edges of the rim.

Also, is it normal for a wheel that fell over on it's side to exhibit symptoms I described above- with chunks of paint falling off? I thought maybe it was due to the weight of the wheel and the tire but then could this be a sign that the wheel was refinished prior and repainted?

I'll post this second part in the tire section as well. Just curious.

I used these guys to repair a bent wheel. They did a good job and were fairly affordable.
