Annoying noise when turning the steering wheel

Hello guys.
Recently I noticed that my car does some weird noise when turning the wheel.
I can hear it stationary or with low speed, imo the noise come from the engine bay or maybe more to the right side, near the damper mount? What can I say more is the noise does not always occur. I can drive like 3 days and nothing, then 3 days with this annoying sound. Recently BMW received Eibach kit. Here is the video:

Waiting for help.

What I experienced, this sound occurs when the temp is above -1C (30F). Below ex. -5C there is not any sound or I did not hear it. My mechanic said that it could be top damper bearing (?) but, I am not convinced to this opinion.

I couldn't hear the sound from the video but I am also getting a slight grinding sound first thing in the morning when I turn the steering wheel. It gets better as I drive but is still faintly there. I was thinking balljoint, bushing or bearing. Still haven't figured it out.
CasualDIYer commented it might be in my front strut top hat: At the top of the strut, underneath the top hat/camber plate is a large black rotating ring that allows the spring to turn with the steering knuckle.
Over time it gets dirty and will ‘grind’. From BMW this part is not sold separately. You need a new top hat. The entire strut needs to be removed for it to be replaced.. Here is a link to my post: https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=2070387

I used to get an annoying noise from the passenger seat every time I turned the wheel. It was my wife, whining about my driving. I got a divorce, that got rid of the whine.

I don't care who you are, that's funny right there.

If you can hear your noise when the car's not in motion have someone else turn the wheel while you walk around the front of the car with the hood open.

There is paper gasket where the strut mount meets the car body. I recall reading or watching a YouTube video by FARKLE that some models might not have the gasket.

Sounds like a familiar noise.

Grease the steering shaft where the shaft meets the firewall rubber grommet from inside the vehicle.

I recommend researching the grease type, as you do not want to cause the rubber to swell. I have personally used BMW sunroof grease in the past. Part number: 83192157321

I hope that helps!
