Apex SM-10 18x8.5 et35 fitment?

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to decide if i should get a set of square SM-10 18x8.5 et35 with 245/40 tires. I am currently on stock Sport Suspension but i am looking at getting a set of coilovers (prob BC's) and I was wondering if i will run into any clearance issues/rubbing? I'm 90% sure this setup won't cause any issues but i wanted to sure.

If anyone is currently running these rims with a similar tire setup do you mind posting it?

No problem with those. Those are the wheels and tire sizes I run for my track setup.

The 18x8.5" ET35 square fitment will work perfectly with 245/40-18 tires, and will look even better lowered.

Here's how they fit at stock height just to give you an idea:
