Question Eibach pro kit on f36 msport?

Hi guys.

Im looking at lowering my car a small amount.
I have an f36 428i msport with adaptive suspension, hence looking for springs.
I was wondering if the eibach pro kit would lower my car considering its currently on msport springs.

The advertised drop is 2cm & 2.5cm, but it doesnt say if thats from standard or msport.
So any advice would be very welcome!

Thanks!

Yeah mine (F36 440) lowered probably roughly that amount not sure how much, sorry didn't measure before & after. Handling slightly improved but found hit bump stops occasionally on fast road bumps. Much much better after putting on Bilsteins B8s, really great now. Might be different with adaptive, mine is passive

You don't specify if your car is RWD or XDrive? The RWD kit for your car estimates front 20-25mm drop and rear 20mm drop. For their XDrive spring kit, it estimates F25/R20. I've found the Eibach estimates to be pretty close to actual.

If you look closer in the Eibach European catalog at the descriptions of the individual springs used in the kits, they say "for vehicles with sports suspension" so the estimates should be valid for your car. See photos.

Since you are lowering with your Adaptive dampers, I would suggest trimming your stock bump stops slightly, maybe trim 6mm-8mm from the top of the bump stop with a serrated knife. That will lessen the chance of premature bottoming out on the bump stop with the lowered height if you hit a substantial bump in the road.

Hope this helps!
