Ohlins R&T vs. MCS 1-way coilovers

Hey all,

I've been having a hard time finding reviews of people with an F3x platform that have run MCS coilovers, even after scouring all over the forums. I plan on getting a set of either Ohlins R&T or MCS 1-way coilovers (as stated in the title) and using them for track purposes. Does anyone have any experience comparing the two or have been in my shoes before that could chime in and give me some advice?

These would be going on a 340i RWD.
