Looking to sell my genuine BMW OEM LCI tail light set. It comes with the harness as well, which is additional ($125) new. Please see the P/Ns and photos below:

nice. I'm not a buyer but just curious - are these plug and play for all F30's with the wiring harness? Any coding required?

Yeah, they are plug and play. You will have to get them coded if you have a Pre-LCI car. If you have an LCI vehicle, you won't need the extra harness.
