Enhanced Bluetooth a few questions
Hi all, I've been reading up on this and am wondering if it's worth me coding it in, now currently I have pro nav with Bluetooth streaming which does show the album art and I can control playlists etc etc and if I wanted to I can connect my phone via the usb and it will charge and play, now I tried the text messaging to see if that worked and nothing happened, (if it still works for NBT) I also got in the car with my work phone and personal phone and it only connected to one of them I can swap between the 2 by disconnecting but that's an arse ache, so number 1, can I code all of these in by using bimmercode or do I have to change the VO and code in via e-sys? And number 2 question. My mates have a 2016 and 2017 m2 and a m240i and they can connect to the bmw connected app wirelessly, if I switch on the EBT will I be able to do this? I currently am running NBT at the moment.

Yes you can code this through Bimmercode...my mate did mine, I had extended Bluetooth already but he coded Office for text messages and 2nd phone so I can connect 2 phones at once however only the primary phone can make the outbound call.
