They're non-directional vanes they were installed correctly the left and right label on the rotors I photoshopped off the pic.

Typically slots are slanted toward the rear of the car, not towards the front.

I'm aware I just clarified with my guy who installed them he said they're supposed to be that way and that Stoptech just has the slots pointed in the other direction for some reason... I ran slotted Stoptech rotors before and they had the same directional slotting. Thanks for pointing it out!
