k here is my PS2 feedback.. i dont suggest getting it. unless they sell stage 1 separately for a lower price.. cause im going back to stage 1 because of the 3rd and 6 torque limiter remote.. i like the feature in stage 2 but only in S mode cause the D mode shift so fast i always get stuck in the turbo lag zone from 1500rpm to 2500rpm.. im cruising in D mode at 40 and it shifted to 8 gear already...i talked with xhp and they said there will be a customization later but in the mean time just drive in S mode to keep out of the lag zone. they made the map for general public with stock turbo. that my 2 cent for the people that have bigger turbo or PS2.

np.. i ask them to make me a custom map with stage 1 D mode and stage 2 S mode. hopefully they ll make it for me till the customization come out.

One thing of interest to me is their answer to one of the FAQ in the Manual:

A: A lot of the maps in the TCU use the PPS (pedal position sensor) as primary input. For example, the Shiftpoint Maps and the TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) Maps. Therefore, it is recommended, to use the stock Throttle Mapping. This gives you greater control over the transmission's reactions. Having too much TQ on very low throttle will lead to an undesirable shifting behaviour. This is not special to xHP. The same applies to the stock transmission software. As general advice: Do not use altered throttle maps in AT cars
I currently use custom AA Stg2 Flash Tune with PS2 & I know for certain that they alter the Throttle Maps to allow for better throttle response at the very least.

Quite sure any/all of the other flash tunes do the same

Now my transmission shifts fine right now even with the altered maps - be curious to see how the xHP acts on more cars with tunes+throttle mapping

Think I'll wait on this till more data is out there, and possibly they come up with even more OTS tunes...

Can i just use an adapter to go from my usb-c samsung phone to my bimmergeeks cable and flash?

I used the bimmergeek cable fro my BM3 setup.. I assume this will work right?

they reply to my request and said no.. they cant do it because the shift mode is interwined.. i have to wait for a customization.. i had to switch back to stage 1 because the shift point is too high in S mode to be driving around.. and D mode is too low...guess just have to wait now..

Heres my review. Currently customed tuned, E85, FBO,PS2, Sprint booster, EOS FP Module, Precion Raceworks Stg2 pump and XHP Stg 3, .
Regular driving you will hit 8th gear VERY QUICK. Especially if your on the highway. Once in SPORT + the car is an animal. The gears switch so dam quick. This mod is great for dig racing as your able to stay in boost while switching gears with minimal lag. Havent tried the other stages yet and dont think i plan on it. Well worth the $350. I flashed using my Galaxy Note 8 and K-DCAN USB attached to it via USB-C. Took me 7mins to install and 2 Mins to flash stg 3. No battery tender

30 Miles in stage 2 xHP. Reflashed mhd to remove 3/6 fix. Shifts are noticeably smoother. Deceleration downshifts doesn’t upset body near as much. Driving car slowly per xHP manual for first 50 Miles for adaptation.

IMO worth it alone for the line pressure and torture limit fixes (MHD 3/6 fix was a poor bandaid and clearly slipped tranny).

Nope. Only a 8 min flash first time. I just used my cheap ebay cable I also use for MHD.

To my best knowledge BM3 uses a ENET cable and MHD/xHP use the D-CAN - so you will need a new cable.

Who will be first to do a 0-100 comparison in stage1 vs stage2 with logs so we can see if it actually work?
