Service Question
Hello, please help with my question. Apparently I was told by dealership that they cannot update the service history without paying the "vehicle check service", when completing the engine oil & brake fluid service. Is that right? Seems like a con to me.
Also, with this "vehicle check service", it states "All fluids will be checked and topped up if required" What fluids? Engine oil? Brake fluid? I'm already paying for those! Isn't standard scope part of updating the service history? Many thanks. |

In the US it would be uncommon for a BMW dealership try this with an out-of-warranty vehicle.
Dealerships are independent anyways.
