Creaking rear of car

Anyone know what the creaking at the rear of my car could be? it only happens when I go over my dropped kerb or reverse back up it. It sounds like it's coming from the boot area?

Any ideas please? slowly losing the will to keep this car.

Not the classic door seals is it. Is everything out of the boot...and the extended storage below?

Definitely is the door seals I have treated them with gummi plfedge and do so every other week.

The only thing I have in the boot is the rubber liner and an umbrella. This sounds like it's a chassis flex noise but from the boot.

Could be a suspension 'rose' joint, mine was replaced a few months ago as it started squeaking constantly whilst driving on uneven roads.

Mine creaks from behind the plastic N/S/R seatbelt cover. Sit in the back and (dare I say it) get someone to drive your car while you rummage around looking for the noise.

I tried this but got my brother to sit in the back.. he didn't have a clue where to look because the noise is quite faint the majority of people won't hear it, but as the driver you hear everything (only when there's no music playing & going over bumps) the other thing is the noise is very difficult to pinpoint as it seems like it's not localised.
