It appears that the only option that did not disappear in the office option is contacts. Everything else is gone (messages, calendar, etc).

How do I get the other options back? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried searching everywhere but all the results had to do with issues with email/texts.

Go into Office where you are seeing "Contacts". Now click to the left with the control wheel (its like going 'back'). This can take you to a higher level menu within Office where you should see everything again.

If that doesn't work, forget the device in IDrive and forget the BMW from your phone and re-pair.
