Have a very nice M sport steering wheel for sale with airbag and trim. Was purchased new and used on my f30 for 20k miles before removing when I sold the car. It is in nearly perfect condition. The leather was treated with leatherique every 3 months and cleaned monthly.

Two stage, yes. Worked perfectly on my US F30.
