FMIC

Did anyone on here install a FMIC and/or downpipes?
I was interested in purchasing/installing them later down on the line.
Was wondering which ones work and suits best for the F34s.
Thank you in advance!

I just bought the EvoRacewrks high flow down pipe. ill let you know how it fits next week when it gets installed.
Also looking into EvoRacewrks Cooler it a bit on the pricier end but from what I've seen and heard its worth it for more power down the line.

No offense to the original poster, but why do people insist on calling them "front mounted intercoolers"? As opposed to "roof" or "trunk" mounted?

I've had many turbo vehicles over the years, and only the Toyota Celica All-trac turbo had anything other than an FMIC (it was a 1988 model with the liquid to air intercooler mounted on top of the little 4 cylinder engine).

I really don't think an aftermarket FMIC is needed unless you do a tune or track your car. I could be wrong though...

I called it a front mount intercooler because, for our cars, it's mounted on the front of the car. If it was like an STi with it being mounted on the top of the engine with a hood scoop it would be referred to as top mounted intercooler. I've seen many variations of the location.
