Tires keep ripping!

I have a 2013 335i xDrive. I am running 255/30 R20 rear, 225/35 R20 front. All 4 rims are 20 x 8.5. The front tire inside wall has ripped once and the rear ones have ripped twice. I thought the issue was alignment because my lowering springs keep messing it up, but my mechanic Ivo at Columbus Auto told me it could be that I need to chamber the wheels. Does anyone know why the inside on the tires keep ripping?

Could be air pressure. Could be alignment. If the car was lowered and not aligned will cause issues.
