"Service indicator not available" 6WA

Does anyone know what might be causing this error in my 6wa cluster I retrofitted?

I've vo coded the hu and the Kombi but still persisting. No red dot and mileage shows correctly

was your cluster virginized before you installed and coded it?

Apparently according to the eBay seller but starting to think it may not have been. Although everything else works apart from the service indicator.

Hi. I have done the same retrofit and i had this problem and i was trying to remove the eeprom chip to read with my r270 programer and i broke the eeprom chip, can someone send me a file of the dump from the eeprom chip so i can write to my new eeprom chip that I bought? Please!!!
