Just found drag mode description on XHP's website. I don't even want to use the built-in LC so yeah, probably will not use this lol.

Yeah, I've been using XHP stage 3 for about maybe almost 75k miles? Works super well on the track and helps with third gear torque limiter, but I'd probably only use drag mode once as a glory run on dragy or drag strip to see how it runs.

Using their built in LC is fine as I've used it over a hundred times already, but with how many miles are on my transmission, I'm pretty sure something will break

Tried a few more times last night. Those clutches are DUMPED - HARD haha. LC launch in Sport+ and the car went completely sideways shifting into 3rd making me lift off.

I say "hard" but actually there is no jolting in the drivetrain at all. Just that lurch forward. The DCT feels awesome with the "torque punch" but this feels excessive/weird so I doubt I will use it much in the future also. No doubt very efficient for the drag strip though - I hear some axles and transfer cases snapping in a not so distant future

yeah it locks the torque converter. that's what happens.
