Hi guys!

So after a frugal year of prepaying my taxes in advanced, my return is way more than I expected so I'm treating myself to my very first off the lot new car. I currently drive a 328i, which I'll keep as the daily, but I want to build the most unicorn, of unicorn F30's. I'm opting for a RWD 6-speed 340i. I've spec'd mine with Premium Enhanced, M-sport, M-sport performance, merino dash, and a factory/dealer installed M-Performance LSD. The interior is Amaro Brown with carbon fiber trim. My build date is set for late August.

Now I need help picking an exterior colour, I'm tied between these four:



My Choices are Oxford Green Metallic, Mora Metallic, Ruby Red II Metallic, and Arctic Grey Metallic.

Which of these colours would you pick? Personally I'm dead tied between Arctic Grey and Mora. My very first BMW was an e36 325i with a tan interior & Arctic Grey, so I'd like to pay a little hommage to it. But I'm also a sucker for Mora. And Oxford. Aaaannd Ruby.

What would y'all do?

i like the grey, but for the price you are paying, you might want a more noticeable color.

Me too. But it`s not about the dollars & cents, that`s more nostalgia based love for BMW that started with my e36

I vote for Green. Used to have a Mustang Bullitt, which was Highland Green. It's close to Oxford Green and would be an outstanding color for 340i.

I'm waiting for allocation for my 340i RWD 6MT build in Tanzanite Blue.

The Bullitt... sad that I sold it.

ill say oxford green will go great with the interior you picked out but the mora metallic might also compliment it very well

I'd go for an F80, personally, given where I imagine this will price out. But of those colors I like the grey.

Now as for the color, I like silver/gray usually, but out of 4 you're showing, Ruby Red II Metallic looks the best to me.

I could go F80, but I`d be lacking the Individual touch. And IMO I think the new M cars are too powerful as a result of the horse power wars.

Yeah! I though Ruby Red has a nice metallic depth that I think would complement the F30`s creases.

Ruby Red and I recall someone here in UK ordered an F31 in that colour - may have been rjberry .

I voted Arctic Grey based on what I would have chosen but think Ruby Red would look awesome, just not on MY car (I'm too stylistically conservative).

I like the green, grey and red in that order. I'm a definite no for purple.

It's going to look beautiful. I think the Green would be the best by a good margin,especially with the killer Amaro brown interior.

Oxford Green or Ruby Red since you've used the term "Unicorn", imho grey would not be very unique since there's so many of that color variant out there already.

Red - Could I ask why the build is in August? They are taking orders now for June delivery.
