Dinan cold air intake install now I have check engine light

So I installed a Dinan cold air intake on my 330i and on the second day of driving I got a check engine light. Would I have to get a tune right away? I just wanna know if it’s gonna be a problem because it’s been running good and I haven’t had an issues so far.
