Between now and my last post earlier I've had my 2nd puncture in less than a week. Only shelled out €580 for 2 rear ones and this time it's my front right. so frustrating.

Is there any reason you couldn't have run flats on rear and standard tyres at the front. I'm thinking of using the front left tyre now as a spare, is it much of a job to put a spare wheel neatly and out of the way in the boot?

On the road route the Goodyear was easily the best and, on the basis that's where most of us do our driving, personally I'd tend to give that part of the test a fairly high weighting.
Totally agree mate. Just read that test myself last night, I would be tempted to try the Continentals if I were currently in the market for tyres.

I had MPSS on the M135i and was never that confident of them in the wet, which it is a lot of the time in this country.

Really?

Just so you know, you won't get the milage of MPSS with them, 20% less is what I got.

You also won't get the grip levels of MPSS. Similar in the wet, but night and day in the dry.

You do have to ask the question, is it worth saving on tyres?

Your money, your tyres, but the advan and MPSS look to cost about the same bearing in mind the advan won't last as long.

Can't comment on the Ventus, but can't be worse than the advans. Not that the advan is a bad tyre.

Hi

Sorry for bringing up an old post but can anyone please confirm the 235/35/20s fit without any interference? Fitted to a 430d

I too am looking to match it with a 275/30/20 rear tyre. Mounted on 8.5J front and 9.5J rear 405m’s front is ET35

Many thanks
