Cross post: Do I have a Boost leak or something else?

I've been troubleshooting my car since December of 2023 - What started out as an injector issue (or so I thought) became replacement of the complete intake system - replacement of the injectors, replacement of the Diverter valve, reinstalling the inlet, and more recently replacement of the O2 sensor (OEM) and MAF (OEM) and intake with the OEM MPPK/M2 unit.

The only other thing I haven't checked is the charge pipe to intercooler
connection because I don't have a lift/ramps to get underneath the car. Car was smoke tested when I originally replaced the diverter valve, and I didn't see any leak at the charge pipe.

The symptoms are the car hesitates, or even has a "flat spot" while accelerating. Typically the stumble happen around 3500rpm, and then again closer to around 6000rpm - it feels like the stumble/pauses and accelerates again.

I've done literally easily X (hundreds?) logs (about 5+) every time I'm testing, tracked every change and mod since Mid 2023.

I originally thought it was an artifact of the RK Intake's high RPM harmonics, but since switching back to the stock intake, replacing the MAF and O2 and resetting adaptations the problem persists. Fuel economy, throttle response and tip in throttle have improved though (since the O2 sensor replacement)

No codes are being thrown but the 102A22 - Air Mass Flow Sensor, Operating range: Air Volume too high

Car makes good power until around 6000RPM and then - pauses/flatlines for a second and picks back up. I could use suggestions.

Edit - I've noted a High negative STFT - 10%+ in high RPM.
