Theres loads of sets of 400Ms on eBay; some of them dirt cheap. TBH it'd be best to get a set of them, get them refurbed and fit whatever tyres you want

I found a set of 454 18x8 in the shed this week - forgotten all about them!
Took them off the F11 to refurb in 2018, then had kids & never got around to doing it No tyres or TPMS, & I can't recall what refurb was needed overall, so willing to let them go for £150 collection (or meetup within 1 hour drive of Nottingham) as I no longer have the BMW. |

Offset of 30; they'd be very flush with the arches and with 235/45 or 245/40 tyres all round they'd look spot on IMO

And yes. Straight set tyres all round would work best. Sizes as above 225/45 IMO are a touch stretched on an 8" wheel. 235s suit better and that's why I run them on both sets of alloys for our F31

Here's the full set.
One on the far right, which has a valve stem still in, has some garage marks (yellow) indicating a slight buckle, which I now recall as the reason they were taken off for refurb. Was only noted when swapping the tyres out. Otherwise there are a few minor kerb scratches on the faces & some bubbling on the edge of the badges. |

Have a set of 400m ‘s, took off when upgraded to 19’s 7 years ago and been in the garage ever since. Looks like they have been refurbished at some point (car was AUC) and TPMS worked fine. Certainly not perfect but still presentable. Run flats but obviously need changing. Notts/Lincs border close to A1.
PM if interested. |
