At first glance - the "LCI" tail lights you are showing are not OEM. OEM LCI tail lights do not have the resistor (golden color piece mounted on the back of the Inner or Outer) and do not use all those cheap 2 or 3 wire connectors anywhere. Someone sold you a China made knock-off "LCI" tail light.
Search works well in here. There are several posts with wiring diagrams showing OEM pin-out for each of the plugs on the car side. You will need to make connection wiring that plugs into OEM and into these aftermarket "LCI" tail lights if you want to retain OEM lugs on OEM side. Or you will have to do a lot of splicing. By the way, the hole where the 4 colored wires are coming out in outer tail light needs to be completely water tight or the light will be full dirt and moisture after the first drive in the rain. There is a plug/connector/grummet missing. Overall - these "LCI" tail lights are not a good investment on your part, imho. Good luck.
