New b8 struts with eibach springs kit alignment question
So i thought i had edc but it turned out not to be the case. Regardless the shop that did the work also installed the single front end link that came with the kit (b8 bilstein + eibach lowering springs and all the acutraments), then did an alignment after everything was installed. I have a print out saying alignment is perfect but now the steering wheel is cockeyed at what should be the top dead center wheel position.
Is this due to the front end link being installed when it wasn't needed?? Would just reinstalling the original front end link solve this? I don't need another alignment after that do i? Also the kit i got feels so much softer than what i had with just the factory susp + eibach super sport springs so i am going to ask the shop to swap back in my old springs hoping to at least get back to that level of stiffness. I knew i shoulda gone coilovers like I've had for the last 20+ years, but noooo i was trying to be responsible with this car, now that I'm all old n shit

Take the car back and tell them to fix your steering wheel or take it somewhere else. They have a tool to hold the steering wheel straight while they do the adjustments.

Great thanks for this information i am a bit uninformed about the entire alignment pricess. The mechanic only speaks japanese and my japanese is not adequate for this type of conversation so i didn't just to accuse if it was the front arm i essentially wanted him to install that caused it.
