If anybody had this problem please give some advice. My fuel tank door keeps locking (when the car is unlocked, obviously). I need to use that emergency unlock green thing every time i go to refuel and it's getting annoying.

keeps locking or does not unlock are 2 different things.

either case, sounds like the either door lock actuator itself.
hopefully it is not another module, like an FRM.
Any codes?

it does not unlock unless I pull the emergency green string, I have to do that every time I have to refuel

You may have to replace the actuator
this is the only video on a convertible I could find.
It should be a lot easier on a sedan or coup as there is other hardware to remove except the wall cover.
