Widest 19" on 540i?

Hi would these fit? Dont think I want to go up to 20s so is this the widest 19 can fit? It fit on an m3 seeing if itll fit on my 540i m sport.

although i don't know the 5series that well, my 1st intuition is they are too wide with offsets too low. they will poke out a lot and will rub the fenderwell while turning. if you want better advice, you need to provide your stock wheel/tire specs...front&rear tire sizes, rim widths and their offsets.

it probably won't fit for the reasons i described earlier. here is a view comparing the stock front size with the planned M front size.

rear comparison. again, i don't know the 5series well. if you think it has room to poke 45mm+, then try it out.

M3/4 have flared fenders and fenderwell cavities that are designed to accomodate wide tires at wider track width. when you put a wide tire with low offset in normal cavity, it oftens rub the fenderwell liner while turning at or near full lock and both fenderlips under large suspension compression.

i don't know the 5series so i cannot give you a definite answer. my gut feeling is that things will be very close and the front rubbing while turning is likely.
