All i got was the benefits card 1 month after lease. I would sure like a nice keychain!

Maybe my complaint letter about getting the stupid card had an effect and now people are getting pens. Although I still didn't get a pen.

+1 on my complaint letter also...still no pen here...they told me its a 2 yr anniversary gift I said ppl that got the car in june received it and I didnt lol

I've had my car now 3 weeks, I haven't even heard from BMWNA. When I bought my Mini 7 years ago, I heard from them in like 3 days.

I received one a week ago. Pretty cool gift. My sister bought more than 5 different brand new Lexus cars and never received any gift

I received the same pen (two week ago) but it was about a year after my purchase. I guess they just got them in and decided to send them...

I received a call from BMW within a week of purchase. My wife leased a MINI S in September and still has not received a call. It's fine with me either way.
