There is a post from the other forum saying that the bmwusa and US-spec 320i brochure have incorrect data on the 6MT gear ratio. The bmwusa numbers are:

Manual gear ratios – I/II/III 3.50/2.01/1.31 :1
Manual gear ratios – IV/V/VI/R 1.00/0.81/0.70/3.19 :1
Manual gear ratios – Final drive ratio 3.08 :1

Are these the correct numbers for US-spec 320i with N20?

There are non-US LCI brochure that lists a different set of gear ratios, specifically the 1.00 is at V instead of IV(as show in US literature), that seems to be a significant difference between US and non-US literature.
