Child single bed recommendations

Looking to get single bed for my daughter.

Don’t need any fancy, over the top, princess bed etc. Just a good wooden framed bed.

Quite a few on line options, anybody got any recommendations?

Thanks

It's not about the frame it's about the mattress. Get a Hypnos bed and help her get a great sleep!

RB As usual a serious request gets unserious responses.

Anyway I had such a need a few years ago. Needed a single bed for my Grandson for occasional use. As usual John Lewis had a cheap version - their own label- which seemed great quality. We have been very happy with it and even more so , so was my grandson. Although we neeeded it for occasional use, I have used it too and it would fit the bill for a youngster - no bother.

I think we got a pebble single base but a 920 response mattress about £300 all told. The base is a bit basic (haha) but the response 920 is a great mattress for her comfort.

Many thanks - my wife had noticed this one already! Helps with the decision making!

Not sure who you thought wasn't being serious but working for a hotel company I can say that the mattress is way more important than the frame. Buy a frame that matches the look you want for now - but spending more on a mattress is way more important...

John Lewis would not be a bad choice. Harrison Spinks make some of their mattresses.
