2013 BMW 328i Xdrive ABS/CEL lights

After installing and using ISTA D I was able to grab the real codes off the car. I replaced all brakes, rotors, sensors, battery and throttle position sensor previously. Now I am getting these codes:

123701 Electric Wastegate, position sensor, electrical Short circuit B+
480964 DSC: Undervoltage at unit, major
48070D DSC control unit: Valve data for intake valve, EEPROM, perform adjustment
