'17 - F32 Engine/Transmission Mounts

I checked in my car for an oil change - mileage is around 52k. BMW dealer texts me an hour later that the vehicle needs new engine transmission mounts as they are "collapsing" - coming in at the hefty price of $1733.

Given the age and mileage of the car, I am dubious to this diagnosis as it seems to be a major problem that needs immediate fixing.

What do you guys think?

Agree with second opinion.

Is start-stop used often? or all the time?
