Anybody local to Queens?
I am interested in a 340ix in Queens and wondered if anybody was familiar with the dealership it is at or if anyone is in the neighborhood if you wouldn't mind giving the car a quick look for me if it isn't too far out of the way.
Also, any recommendations on shops to do a pre-purchase inspection? Car is at Atlantic Mitsubishi: https://www.atlanticavenuemitsubishi...-car?type=cash Thanks! |

I just brought a 340i xdrive about a week ago after wrecking my M3....This is just a suggestion, but I wouldn’t buy any cars from the Eastcoast b/c after that Storm we had a few months ago, there are a lot of flood cars out there being detailed and sold as used cars. Personally I brought my car of off Carvana, they offer 7 days to give it back without giving any explanations, and 400 miles or 100 days (which ever comes first) of warranty with no hassle...They delivered it to my house, I took it and opened it up on the highway for a little over 100 miles, then dropped it off to a bmw dealership for a Full inspection... so far everything came back good. You should give it a try 👍🏿

I wouldn't buy any cars in Queens/Bronx. A lot of those dealerships tack on thousands of dollars in fees so expect that car to be 38-40k. They advertise low to get you in the door. Some times in the fine print that number you see is AFTER a 5k down payment.

I live in Queens, although I drove to a BMW dealer to in CT to buy this car, they only charged legal CT fees and that's all, no gimmicks, I wont buy anything from private dealers, and I agree with TreyTwoEight.
