hi guys

i am thinking of getting a 430d gc as well now and they have standard brakes (not blue)

how much would it roughly cost to upgrade to blue m sport calipers?

You can get red or yellow retrofit kits from BMW for about 1200-1800. The blue vary as they are taken from cars being broken with the M Sport + pack.

thank you. i will have a look. i guess it needs to be specific f36 calipers and f20 m sport calipers wont fit?

Go for the MSport + pack and get 19" wheels and Harmon Kardon thrown in as well as the brakes for £1,650

Caz is your man for this, I think he did a very good thread on the upgrade and possible calipers options as he did the upgrade himself. Not sure if it covered calipers from different models but well worth a read!

Engine related rather than model I would have guessed.

What colour car are you getting?

White - get red IMO
Black - get yellow
EB / MG - blue

As above, msport+ is best value if buying new
