No auto windows up after wind deflector fitting

As the title says, the drivers side window won’t go up automatically, it stops half way due to the pinch sensor. Only way to get it up is in small increments. Passenger side auto up works but rolls back down once it hits the top. Any ideas anyone?

It's all right there mate, the deflector is interfering with the window auto operation. The pinch protection is working as advertised. Down the road after the deflector is fully seated you may get back auto

Only installed them today, I’ll
Let them settle in a bit. The clips don’t seem to do much I might remove them, and maybe they are triggering the sensor.if it continues I’ll try and find a way of coding the front window pinch sensors to off. Got bimmercode and ISTA but not sure how yet, but I know it’s possible

Did you check your owners manual?

You have a good point, I think the wind deflector clips are stopping the window from closing. I’ll check tomorrow

I had this issue, push the pins in a little bit and force the window up slowly.
