I cannot personally imagine spending that much on a 328i, especially not to get HUD which is so cool.

If you do a lot of night driving or care about music much Car #2. IMO the leather isn't that big of a deal unless you're a sweater.

Is that for November? If so, can you tell me what October was? I "locked in" yesterday and want to see if today is better... Is the MF the same for MY2017's as the MY2016's? Thanks again!

2016 340 xDrive
3yrs/36k miles

MSRP 57,750
CapCost $48,400
Money Factor .00087
Residual 65%

$429 first month
$925 bank fee
$399 doc fee
$199 estimated motor vehicle fee
$117.50 tax on bank and doc fee
$3,150 7 refundable deposits
Are you saying you got a nearly loaded 340 for $429/month and nothing down? Which dealer?
It has the Tech, M Sport, and drivers assistance package.

Dealer was BMW of Freehold NJ. The security deposits really helped along with the Cap Cost. Great dealership and experience.

October Program was much better. 3% difference. On a $45k car that's $1,350, or about $40 on a lease per month. That's a big swing.

October Program:

2016 3-Series:
15k - 63%
12k - 65%
10k - 66%

November Program:

2016 3-Series:
15k - 60%
12k - 62%
10k - 63%

Edit:
It's the same Money Factor for 2016/2017 for each month respectively.

Thanks - that is very helpful. Were you surprised that the programs got worse in Nov? I thought the 2017 incentives would get better.

Did you notice if the 5 series programs got any better or worse too?

capcost reduction can be a trade or money down. doing that on a lease seems silly.

They priced the lease off of a Cap Cost of 9k less than MSRP. Plus the 7 security deposits dropped the interest rate. Due at signing was about $5,300 which included the 7 security deposits.

The $9k was the Cap Cost, not Cap cost reduction.

yea not sure why the rates would not improve. In the past the rates have always improved closing the year..however this year everything has been all over the place with programing and allocations. I dont know what to think of it or what to predict. Just be thankful we have the option of locking in for 60/90 days that def helps a TON IMO

That's a very solid deal! Most of that $5.5k is taxes and fees upfront anyway.

Based on the info, you think I'm being ripped off, or, you just wouldn't pay that type of payment for a 328 and would rather have a 335? I'm wanting to know if the payment I'm being given is a good deal. Thanks.

I mean on this page there is a guy claiming to have a $429/mo payment on a 340i that is better equipped than yours with a $10k higher msrp...

I'm paying $500/month for my MY2016 340 that has an MSRP of $57,565
it has Assistance, Alcantra/CF interior, M adaptive suspension, M sport, heated seats
Res: 66%
Miles: 10k/year
MF: .00130
Downpayment: $2,000
MSRP: $57,000
Inv: $51,000
Lease Payment: $500.07 (tax included)
I'm certain you can get a better deal than that on a 328 especially, but maybe your state tax is higher than mine?

Is it $500+tax?

How much are you giving total out of pocket?

Do you currently have a BMW lease or financed vehicle?
