How to close window without battery

Last week I was in a crash and my car has severe damage and had to be towed away.
For the towing they lowered the driver’s window but left it open when they cut off the power from my battery.
Also my sunroof was open but I managed to close it manually but what about my side window?
Is there any way to manually close the windows without the battery and with the window down?
I already removed the doorpanel but with the window down, I cannot take out the motor or regulators to release it to close the window.
Would appreciate any help.

Connect a battery charger to the under hood charging posts.

They must have done more than to just remove the negative battery post connection, which the only thing that they should have done.

Yes they did. They took out some fuses and cut a few cables
