F31 X drive adaptive suspension advice

Hi guys long story short one of my front shocks is leaking. I have sourced 2 low mileage adaptive shocks off a 2018 vehicle but they are off a f30 x drive. Would these cause any problem and would they fit. They are off the same engine car 330d. The part numbers are different.any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doubtful, but I'm not 100% certain.

Below is the RealOEM diagram for the F31 xDrive (LCI). Note the 2 different listings for front struts, one which has the noted EDC connections, and the other the AWD label (without EDC). Expanding each, you will note that the cross-reference on the EDC version lists the F30 also. Again, a bit confusing, but hopefully this provides some help.
