Anything more can be done?

Just came across this thread. I am a little confused, my car came with apps from factory on unlimited subscription but I cannot find any apps on the system. All I want is to access Spotify on my 2014 with Pro nav using my Android. What do I need to do to do this?

Spotify is not supported on ConnectedDrive anymore. This happened after their Jul 21 update, in 8.5.68.904. Uninstall the updated version from phone then downloaded and install version 8.5.66.1002.

Thanks, but the problem I am having is that when I connect my phone and go to connection assistant, it keeps telling me to install the BMW connected App which apparently no longer exists so cannot get past that on the I drive.

shawnsheridan Any idea how to access apps on my car? I get to this screen and can go no further. I have the My BMW app installed, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

HI Guys! I'm pretty new to BMW coding and wanted to get the BMW Apps option in my 2018 440i GC with NBT EVO ID6. I've been reading up around here and there's just so much info to parse through, I am a little confused. shawnsheridan Would appreciate some help if possible!

I purchased a set of fake fsc codes since I have the EVO and the seller told me he enabled the apps option as well. I installed the fsc codes using featureinstaller and am able to update maps to latest so that worked but didnt see apps. Is there some way to verify that the codes he gave me have the apps option?

Also, I understand I will need to update the VO of my car to have the 6NR option. To do this, should I:

Revert to stock FSC using featureinstaller backup --> load VO in esys --> add 6NR to VO --> Code HU_NBT2 --> reinstall fake FSC using featureinstaller --> DONE!

Or can I take a shortcut since the fsc are already installed and do:

Load VO in esys --> add 6NR to VO --> Code HU_NBT2 --> DONE!

After I add 6NR to the VO and activate the FSC code is there anything else I will need to do?

Also, if I am jsut reading the VO, adding 6NR and then pressing code on the HU_NBT2 ECU, will I need a launcher or can I just use plain esys?

You don't need to do a restore. You can add 6NR to FAC and VO Code HU_NBT2.

BMW Apps requires discontinued ConnectedDrive App though. It wont work with nw MyBMW App. And this is for Android devices only, not Apple.

You can VO Code with 6NR and revert by removing 6NR and VO Coding it again.

You can check FSC Code Status and see if 9C FSC Code is Status = Accepted.

However, today when I get into the car, AAIDrive connected and now I am able to see a check box with "Apps" under my phone connection. 6NR was replaced by 6AK. You have what you need.

6NH has nothing to do with ConnectedDrive / BMW Apps, although you should replace it with 6NS for Enhanced Bluetooth.

Can you please check if possible activate 6NR Apps to VIN: C764852? Understand need 9C FSC, but u writing BMW Apps discontinued ConnectedDrive App though, can use AAIDrive with Android prone at CIC_HU (609). And add 6NF - smartphone integration needs FSC. Thank you for help

Car has both 609 CIC and 6VC Combox, so 9C FSC Code and 6NR BMW Apps Coding i supported.
