Not wax but CarPro Reload is supposed to top up the CQ ceramic coating?

A glaze will help minimize the defects temporarily.

It depends on what you're trying to achieve. If CQUK is not beading or self-cleaning as expected, a wash and decontamination with something like Iron X can potentially bring back the coating properties depending on how long it's been on the car.
If that doesn't work, topping with CQ Gliss or Reload will give you the similar coating properties for a little while. You can also top with any sealant or wax, but it's important to remember that the car will reflect the properties of the sealant/wax rather than CQUK and CQUK is generally superior to any sealant/wax. This is particularly true for traditional waxes. |

I use Meguire's Mirror Glaze. Easy to work with and won't fight with a C coating. Deepens the luster of the ceramic coat.
