I don't have any special Code Sheet. I use the Cheat Codes built into E-Sys Launcher. I have never coded Default Media Screen. I am not aware of any Code for this.

I have an F36 with NBT EVO ID4. I have the following;
S609A Navigation System Professional
S6AEA Teleservices
S6AKA Connected Drive Services
S6ANA Concierge Services
S6NHA Handsfree With USB Interface

Thanks to Shaun sending over the software, I have managed to code 6NS to enable Office, which is working fine now. BMW Apps works okay by USB and after coding 6NS there is the option for Apps by SnapIn Adapter.

How do I get apps enabled by Bluetooth? Anyone have any idea? Doesn't work for either IOS or Android.

Not possible. BMW Apps requires cable. It will not work via Bluetooth.

You have correct version. Unfortunately, E-Sys Launcher PREMIUM 2.8.2 .EST Token expired 12/30/2018, and for now there is no updated E-Sys Launcher. There is a workaround here to rearm it:
