Since this is an RW Carbon part - did you remove the bumper & install as per their instructions by drilling holes in the diffuser tabs and putting in screws?

Yes. You have to remove the bumper. I cant remember if it came with the holes, but I drilled new ones as well. I used a combination of screws and zip ties.
