I've got an "as showroom" 854 mile 01 E46 330ci sport + premium + sound and fold down seats that was stored in climate controlled private collection, regularly started. Just put in a new battery and fluids for the next collector. I drove it yesterday and its perfect no drips etc. If you want a time capsule of the "best do it all bmw ever made" with the good stuff and best color scheme this is it!

Wow, this thing is MINT!!! Inside pic could be straight from the showroom floor! Very rare indeed.

Although, I do see something missing from the car in a couple of these shots...

no offense but pre LCI with halogens and non zhp makes this a not loaded up e46. tape deck and not even business CD on it. that price is bonkers. good luck with your sale. if EAG can sell a 180k e39 m5 im sure you can find a buyer. it'll just take a while since your asking price is even above f30 335 used pricing now.

Yeah its above used car pricing.... because its not used..... how do you compare 50 THOUSAND miles to a car with 1.5tanks of gas thru it....

It is intact the highest trim sport package available.

This is the car with a proper auto that people bought instead of the M3 because the smg sucks and most people can't/won't drive a manual.

Guess a dozen+ owner La Ferrari/P1/918 Spyder is used up completely because how many times a vehicle has changes hands regardless of use determines its condition.
There are plenty of varying cars that have delivery miles ex 50-200 and have 3/4/5-dozen owners. Doesnt make them "used cars" a used car is a thing something put more than 2 tanks of gas thru......

you are trying to compare an e46 coupe to hypercars...

you are quite the used car dealer. good luck convincing ANYONE to pay that price on a basic 3er from 2000.

not sure where you got your facts from for what makes something used but if it has been titled... its used. It's pretty simple. I run a carfax on your lil gem and i see 1 owner. that means its used. Just because you didnt drive it doesnt make it a new car. In used car speak you should know thats called "Like New" or "Cream Puff"
